The Situation
We
put a great deal of thought into this demonstration
room. It's approximately the size of a normal
room that might be used for high end listening, giving
you a realistic picture of how things might perform
in your home. The loudspeakers are situated on a solid
concrete foundation facing into an area with a gently
sloping ceiling. Room damping was chosen to minimize
scattered reflections. High quality wiring and interconnects
are utilized to maximize signal transfer integrity
between components, without stepping into the bounds
of mysticism.We also employ solid audio racks and
vibration damping devices to ensure that the components
are free to perform to their potential. Knowing how
to set up a high end system means the difference between
expensive sound and a truly musical system. And that's
